At Evie + Clover Studio, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, and we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. We ship via USPS throughout the USA and internationally. For orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states in the US, we offer FREE SHIPPING. Shipping times may vary for orders delivered to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
For international deliveries, the shipping costs will be shown at checkout.
All orders are handmade within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping times may vary for orders delivered to Alaska or Hawaii. Naturally, high volumes during holiday times can mean national postal delays and these are outside of our control. We recommend that this is factored in when placing orders during busy periods.
The cost of shipping does not include any customs fees / duties, or other taxes. Unfortunately, we don't have control over customs and duties applicable in different countries as these are taxes set by your government and are the responsibility of the buyer.
We will gladly accept returns provided items are sent back unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For damaged or faulty items, please forward reason for return along with original packaging and any photo evidence. We will aim to resolve the issue at the earliest opportunity.

What transit times should be expected for international orders?
Our items are shipped out between 1-2 days of receiving the order. Unless a different service is specifically requested, we will send your package through USPS and a tracking number will be issued. The package can be tracked right until it has left the US, after which the destination country's postal service handles the delivery. Transit times can vary quite a lot. Occasionally packages can be substantially delayed if held up at customs. We don't have any control over your country's customs officials, so please understand the risk of delay. This isn't something that happens regularly, but it can occur sometimes.
What Customs & Duty charges will apply to my International order?
Evie + Clover Studio is not able to determine if any additional fees may be charged for delivery of an international package. The cost of shipping does not include any customs, fees, duties, or other taxes. We have no control over your country's customs rules. Some countries will charge duty for international packages and others will not, and rates will vary. Most packages go through without any charges but sometimes a package may get stopped and customs fees applied. These are NOT extra shipping fees. So please find out about your country’s customs and duty policies if this is a concern.
Who should I contact if I would like to return an item?
Contact us directly. We will gladly accept returns provided items are sent back unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. All we ask is that you notify us within 3 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For damaged or faulty items, please forward reason for return along with any photo evidence and we will be happy to arrange FREE return postage and resolve the issue at the earliest opportunity.
Gift wrapping and packaging
You can expect your jewelry items to be gift wrapped in recycled paper, and tied with natural fiber ribbons. The items are mailed out in eco-friendly shipping boxes - we use recycled and recyclable packaging and avoid the use of plastics. We take the sourcing of packaging materials very seriously and use an excellent supplier, Eco Enclose whose conscious e-commerce goals are aligned with our own.
